How quickly can an engineer attend?
For emergency electrical issues, we aim to have an engineer with you within 2 hours, depending on your location and engineer availability. We'll always provide an estimated arrival time before confirming your booking.
What does the emergency call-out fee include?
Our emergency call-out includes travel, fault diagnosis, testing and up to 30 minutes on site. If additional work is required, we'll explain the issue clearly and provide a quotation before proceeding.
Do you charge by the hour?
After the initial call-out period, labour is charged at our published hourly rates. Before carrying out any additional work, we'll explain the costs clearly and obtain your approval.
Do you offer fixed-price quotations?
Yes. For larger jobs such as consumer unit replacements, rewires or EV charger installations, we provide clear, no-obligation quotations before work begins.
What areas do you cover?
We cover London, Essex, Kent and surrounding areas, with plans to expand our coverage as our network of engineers grows.
